How do I pay for an order?+

Checkout uses Interac e-Transfer. Place your order, then use the recipient, exact amount and order reference shown on the order page. The order remains awaiting payment until the transfer is received and matched. Prices and totals are in Canadian dollars.

Can I order without creating an account?+

Yes. Guest checkout is available. Keep your order reference and the email address used at checkout to find your order again. An account gives you a place for orders, addresses, saved reports and rewards.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?+

Yes, every figure is in Canadian dollars. Your order summary separates the products, any saving and the delivery charge before you place the order, and no tax is charged or shown.

How do quantity savings work?+

The current checkout applies 5% savings at five vials of the same product and 10% at ten. The product page shows the price per vial and the total for your selected quantity. Check the order summary for the savings applied to your order.

I sent my e-Transfer. Why is payment still pending?+

A sent transfer still needs to be received and matched to your order. Check the order status before sending another payment. If it remains pending, contact support with both your order reference and transfer reference so the payment can be checked.

What happens when a product is out of stock?+

Unavailable items cannot be added to the cart. The product page lets you request a restock notification. If availability changes during checkout, review the cart and updated total before placing an order.

Where do you ship?+

Checkout is set up for delivery to Canadian addresses. Enter your address to see the available delivery options. For another destination or an address checkout cannot accept, contact Pepline before attempting payment.

Go to the details
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?+

Delivery is charged by destination, and the rate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over CA$200 after any discount are delivered free. There is one delivery service; no express option is offered. Payment matching and order preparation both happen before dispatch, so the time to your door is longer than the carrier's own transit time.

How do I track my order?+

Open Track an order and enter your order reference and checkout email. The live experience sends an access link before showing order details. Open that link to follow payment, preparation, dispatch and delivery. A label-created update means preparation, not carrier collection.

What if an item is damaged, missing or incorrect?+

Keep the outer packaging and vial labels. Contact support with your order reference, the affected items and clear photographs. For a product or report mismatch, include the lot number. The team will review the issue and explain the next step; do not return materials without instructions.

Go to the details
Can I change my address or cancel an order?+

Contact support as soon as possible with your order reference and the requested change. The available options depend on payment and fulfilment status. A request is not confirmed until the team has reviewed it, and a parcel already dispatched may not be recoverable.

Who tests Pepline’s products?+

Pepline’s planned process uses independent laboratory analysis. The original Certificate of Analysis must identify the analysing laboratory, methods and findings. Named Pepline laboratory partners, credentials and original reports have not yet been supplied for this preview. If a testing service and laboratory are different organisations, their roles should be stated separately.

Go to the details
What is a COA, and where can I find mine?+

A Certificate of Analysis is the laboratory report for a submitted sample. Look for the LOT field on your vial and search the COA library. Open the batch record and its original certificate, then check the identifiers, laboratory, date, methods and results. You do not need an account to browse reports.

Does high purity mean a product is sterile?+

No. Chromatographic purity describes a proportion of the measured signal under a stated method. It does not establish sterility or replace separate microbial, endotoxin or heavy-metal testing. Look for each analysis on the certificate; a missing result remains not reported.

Go to the details
Is the amount on the label the same as measured peptide content?+

The label states the intended amount. Measured peptide content is a separate laboratory result, usually expressed in milligrams. Compare both with the report’s method and specification. A purity percentage or the total weight of the powder does not tell you the peptide content.

Is every vial individually tested?+

A certificate describes the sample or samples submitted for analysis. It is not a measurement of every vial in a batch. Check the report for the sample details and how those samples are connected to the lot you receive.

Go to the details
What happens if a batch does not meet the release requirements?+

Pepline’s release standard is to withhold a batch that does not meet its requirements. Its record should retain the laboratory findings and review decision. If a released batch is later withdrawn, its history remains relevant to anyone who received it.

How should I store my research materials?+

Follow the storage and handling instructions for the exact product and supplied form. Requirements can differ between dry material and prepared solutions; do not assume one temperature or shelf life applies to every peptide. If the specification is missing or unclear, ask Pepline before handling the material.

Go to the details
What if a test is missing or the report does not match my vial?+

Do not infer a missing test from a purity result. Compare the vial lot with the batch record and certificate; a different laboratory sample ID needs a documented link to that lot. Send Pepline the identifiers and a label photograph if the connection is unclear.

Where is Pepline based?+

Pepline is based and operated in Canada. The company manages supplier relationships, product information, batch documentation and customer support. Independent laboratories perform the analysis described in the original reports.

Go to the details
Does Canadian based mean manufactured in Canada?+

Canadian based and operated describes the company. It does not, by itself, establish the manufacturing origin of every product. Ask Pepline for the sourcing information relevant to the compound and batch you are considering.

Go to the details
What are Pepline products intended for?+

Pepline supplies materials for laboratory research only. Products are not for human or veterinary use. Support can help with product identification, documentation and orders; it does not provide guidance for human or veterinary use.

How do I sign in?+

Choose Log in, enter your email and request a sign-in link. Follow the link for that address to access your account. If the link has expired, request a new one from the same screen.

How does the rewards wheel work?+

Spin it as often as you like. Nothing is yours until you sign in and claim a result, and one prize can be claimed per account in a set period — sooner once your paid orders, less any refunds, pass a stated amount. The prizes, the chance of landing on each, the period and the amount are all shown on the rewards page, because they are the terms of the offer rather than something to look up here.

Go to the details
Where does a prize go, and how do I use it?+

Claiming turns a prize into a discount code for your account alone. It is shown on the rewards page with the code to type at checkout, where it comes off the goods and never off postage. One code applies per order, it does not stack with another code or with a quantity discount, and it can be used once.

Go to the details
How long do I have to send payment?+

Your order page shows the exact deadline for that order, and it is the one to go by. If you have already sent a transfer and the order has expired, get in touch with the order and transfer references before sending anything again.

Go to the details
Why did my checkout total change?+

A price, availability, delivery option or reward can change before submission. Checkout explains the change and asks you to review the updated order. No order is placed until you confirm the current details and total. Your contact and delivery entries remain in place.

Go to the details
My sign-in link expired or was already used. What now?+

Request a fresh link from the sign-in screen using the same email address. The link takes you back to the page you were trying to open. Your cart stays available while you sign in. The preview lets you open an example link; no email is actually sent.

Go to the details
What details should I include when contacting support?+

Include your order reference for payment or delivery questions, or the product and lot number for a material or report question. Add a short description and clear label or packaging photos where relevant. Keep the enquiry reference with any follow-up. Support hours and response targets will be confirmed before launch.
