Spinning, and claiming
Anyone can spin the wheel, as often as they like. Nothing is won by spinning alone: a result becomes yours only when you sign in and claim it, and that is what turns it into a code tied to your account. Spinning again before claiming simply replaces what is on offer.
The wheel & its odds
Each segment carries a rate and the chance of landing on it, and both are shown on the rewards page beside the wheel. The chance shown is the one the draw actually uses. The result is decided by our server before the wheel moves, so nothing about the animation, the speed or where it appears to stop changes what was won.
How often a prize can be claimed
One prize per account in a set period, and sooner once your paid orders, less any refunds, pass a stated amount. Both the period and the amount are shown on the rewards page, because they are terms we can change and this page would go stale. A change applies from the next claim and never to a code already issued.
What a prize is
A claimed prize is a discount code for your account alone. It comes off the goods and never off postage, it can be used once, and one code applies per order — it does not stack with another code or with a quantity discount. The code is shown on the rewards page for as long as it is unused.
Refunds and changes
A refunded order reduces the spend that counts towards earning a further prize. A prize already claimed stays claimed: we do not withdraw a code that has been issued, and if the amount needed to earn one is raised, anyone already past the old figure simply has nothing further owing.
What this program is not
There are no points, no tickets, no daily spin, no streaks and no stored balance. A prize is never store credit and never a product. We do not pay customers for introducing other customers, and nothing here is affected by writing a review.
